If you’re reading this it means you’ve taken the first & the hardest step towards your recovery. I welcome you. My name is Jess, & I’m here to help! I’ve been practicing social work for nearly two decades, serving as a therapist to adults with mental health & addiction related issues. I’ve always loved what I do-having the privilege of simply walking alongside those who seek to grow & improve. I admire those who are afraid but ask for help anyway, those who are brave enough to try, those who feel desperate & broken however manage to remain faithful & fight for who they want to be. I honor anybody ready to take that journey with me.

My approach to therapy is built upon the sacred pact between therapist and client-established through mutual respect & trust. I am very direct & real, & I tend to informally use a variety of therapeutic techniques simultaneously. I seek to empower my clients to find solutions, & to use their strengths and insight, while I provide the necessary support.
