I help clients move through grief, repair trust, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based work, and a relational-psychodynamic lens, I support clients in understanding patterns that keep love and connection out of reach, and in learning new ways to feel secure, seen, and understood.

Healing begins with being met where you are. Whether you’re navigating grief, conflict, or uncertainty in love, you don’t have to do it alone.
