About
Are you a parent wanting to better connect with your child or help them address their problems? Are you a teenager looking to build confidence, find your identity, and deal with life's challenges? Are you an adult struggling and ready to make changes? I will work collaboratively with you and your family to explore the underlying negative patterns and conflicts in your life that cause you to feel stuck. Therapy should be a safe space to explore these struggles and help you feel less alone. I have a mindful, eclectic approach tailored to help meet every family's distinct needs, with an overall goal of finding inner strength and hope.
I am passionate about working with children, teens, and adults to provide a non-judgmental space for the open exploration of thoughts and feelings. These issues may include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, identity, grief/loss, and trauma. I offer both in-person and online sessions to be able to meet your needs.
We all need a little extra help sometimes, and that's what I'm here for! Deciding to start therapy can be a difficult choice and make you feel vulnerable and uncertain about the future. It's my goal to make this process as easy as possible to get you started. Please call or email to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs.
