Jessi Mayfield
Licensed Professional Counselor, MS, LPC, CAADC, SAP
My name is Jessi Mayfield and I am a licensed professional counselor with 12 years of experience in the mental health and drug and alcohol field. My approach to therapy is one that is strength based, holistic and down to earth. I will guide clients to draw from experiences as they discover and explore their goals for personal change and growth.
We will collaborate in a respectful, non-judgmental and supportive manner. I guide clients to learn to express their thoughts and emotions, so they are able to have increased awareness, an enhanced quality of life and be more empowered as they learn to communicate their wants and needs to others.
Throughout this process, my goal for my clients is to help them shape their lives, find the balance they desire and be intuned with their mind, body and spirit.
