In session I provide a safe and honest space for clients to set and work toward their therapy goals. With training in CBT, EMDR, trauma, and the Gottman method, I bring an eclectic approach tailored to each client's needs. My treatment focus is on rapport and accountability to help Ct's commit to and reach their goals.
