Some days you don’t even know what’s wrong, it may seem like a lot of little things, and there may be so many opinions inside your head that you can’t even hear your own anymore. Maybe you're asking the questions: Who am I? What do I want? and Why is this so hard? Therapy can be a place to engage these questions, sort through and listen to what is happening on the inside of your heart, mind and body, and to discover more of who you are, what you are wanting in life and create your way forward.
My style is spacious, collaborative, and creative, centered on what you want to explore in your life, while drawing from the strengths you already possess.
