I have over a decade of experience helping adults who are struggling with grief and loss of all types, anxiety, depression, impactful life changes, low self-worth, and setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. My approach is always first guided by what your individualized needs may be, in addition to drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy concepts.
