As a Board Certified Art Therapist, I integrate art therapy as an option for all clients, to provide a more nonverbal and non-judgmental form of expression.
I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered approaches, and mindfulness techniques into sessions to promote growth and healing. I specialize in individual therapy working with adults and adolescents.
