As a Filipina-American therapist, I support teens, young adults, adults, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating trauma, identity, anxiety, depression, and substance use. Using CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help you gain insight, break unhelpful patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
