My name is Jesse, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relational and developmental trauma, attachment wounds, and life stressors related to parenting, relationships, or work. My approach is compassionate, relational, and tailored to your needs, integrating AEDP, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, somatic and bottom-up processing, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused therapies, and parts work (IFS). Together, we’ll explore your challenges, build on your strengths, and support lasting growth and healing. I offer telehealth sessions only.
In our first sessions, you can expect a supportive, collaborative space where we begin building safety, identifying goals, and developing grounding tools to help you feel more regulated and empowered. We’ll move at your pace while gently exploring what’s beneath the surface.
