When we lose our way we feel uncomfortable, no longer in control, and out of sorts. The goal of my practice is to help you regain clarity and balance in your life. I believe that having both allows for growth and success in the different areas of your life: work, school, personal and social relationships, parenting, sports, and networking. For nearly a decade I have been helping individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma or difficult family dynamics succeed in their daily activities and interactions so they can once again find joy in their lives. I am ready to partner with you to help you regain balance.
We will identify areas that are causing stress through an eclectic approach of evidence based interventions. My goal in our collaborative relationship is to provide a safe and non-judgmental arena in which you feel heard, accepted, and supported. With my assistance we can refocus and realign your trajectory toward a healthy and authentic emotional self.
I have worked with all ages of clients who are encountering both crisis and general stressors that impact them and their families. Each population I have partnered with is able to work through their barriers by utilizing their unique strengths and abilities to gain insight through our work.
