Hi, I’m Jesse (they/them), a queer-affirming, relational therapist with a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ folks, sex and consent education, people in polyamorous relationships, and those exploring kink and alternative lifestyles. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and experience supporting clients in navigating identity, grief, relationships, trauma, and self-discovery. My approach is rooted in queer theory, feminist theory, and liberation psychology—I believe our mental health is deeply shaped by the systems we live within. I aim to hold space where you can explore your story with honesty and without shame.

In our work together, I draw from Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, along with other trauma-informed modalities. I trust that you carry wisdom about your own experience, and my role is to support you in reconnecting with that truth, especially in the face of internalized narratives or systemic harm.
