I work with patients to understand their full selves, authentic emotions, and how to live in accordance with what they may need to thrive. I work dynamically on various goals and issues, such as developing healthy relationships, breaking unhealthy work patterns, addressing complicated family dynamics, and improving honest and effective communication. With compassionate listening and understanding I help my patients develop ways to manage and treat distressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I work to cultivate a space that is warm and empathetic, where my patients can feel safe, respected, and heard.
My approach is collaborative, holistic, and offers an eclectic mix of practices I've found particularly helpful. I draw influence from psychoanalytic, trauma-informed and behavioral methods. I'm also accepting patients for psychoanalysis. I'm a third year candidate at a post graduate program in psychoanalysis with the William Alanson White Institute.
