When depression or anxiety take over and loneliness sets in, it is understandable to feel hopeless. Sometimes even relationships can lead to unhappiness. In therapy we will work to address these issues. Therapy is a journey of learning about your past and present self. This self-exploration helps open the doors to a fulfilling and meaningful life. I work with clients to help them understand their strengths and struggles, which creates a platform to achieve their goals. In order to do that, I believe that the therapist-client relationship is a partnership and it is central to achieve significant progress.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental and confidential space to work through the challenges you are facing. I utilize your strengths to help you achieve your goals while keeping in mind that understanding yourself is essential for growth and change. I use mindfulness techniques to help you gain control of your thoughts and emotions.
Asking for help is admirable! Sometimes the first step is the most difficult, however, this could be the perfect time for you to make a change. You are not alone in this journey and I hope to hear from you soon. “Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome” - Brené Brown
