Before becoming a therapist I traveled the world making documentary films — witnessing how people can overcome adversity by telling their stories. That curiosity about story and connection shapes how I work with clients. My style is warm, curious and direct. I work together with my clients at their pace, to deepen their awareness, shift their patterns.
