In my practice, I see adolescents, often highly accomplished adults, and couples. People describe me as warm, engaging, and well trained. I provide holistic, Depth-oriented psychotherapy. We explore a client's family-of-origin, traumas, current challenges, and the relationship that unfolds between the client and therapist.
Couples often come in entrenched in dysfunctional patterns of communication ans ways of interacting, feeling hopeless. My job is to create a safe, inviting space to help couples identify said patterns, break through them, and guide them to find new, positive, and loving ways to communicate with each other.
I have advanced training in Depth-Oriented, psychoanalytic therapy. I believe nurturing the body, mind and spirit are essential for transformation. I am passionate about helping clients find existential meaning, spirituality, and joy. I also work creatively with jazz and music.
I have training in and provide psychedelic integration therapy.
