My relational therapeutic approach is hinged on the value of the here-and-now as the time-and-place to be.
With a background of interest in psychology, psychodynamic theory, and Jungian thought, I chose Gestalt Therapy as the focus for my post-graduate training. I find its holistic model of development and change to be the most energizing of approaches, and the most applicable to everyday life.
Whether you are brand new to therapy or a seasoned participant, I am interested in meeting you as you are now. I bring my enthusiasm for exploration, of the depths and the heights alike, to partner with you in the reinvention of what is possible.
