About
As owner of Hinton Counseling Services, LCSW PLLC, a fresh and innovative approach to therapy, I provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions for children, adolescents and families seeking to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression and urges to self-harm amongst a host of emotional disturbances creating challenges in everyday life. I offer teletherapy, as well as mobile therapy in addition to traditional counseling methods in the following counties; Ulster, Sullivan, and Orange. Appointments can be made via contact information provided. Individual teletherapy sessions are available outside of the named counties.
I offer a positive psychological approach with various evidenced based therapeutic models, ensuring all clients receive the necessary support and validation sought. My therapeutic style is unique, allowing client's to find their voice early in therapy, ensuring trust is established to further enhance the therapeutic process.
In additional to traditional therapeutic approaches, I also offer a hybrid therapeutic model that combines mentorship and therapy for male adolescents (ages 12-17). Please schedule a consultation to learn more about this additional service. Thank you, and I am looking forward to helping you "Grow through, what you go through..."
