I prefer working through a client-centered lens. My ideal client is someone who is interested in the therapeutic journey and where it may take them. Most of my practice is awareness-based, meaning we work with where we are and take gradual steps towards the client's desired trajectory. With five years of experience on the mental health administration end for client coordination, I've come to accept that all clients deserve treatment and continuity of care. I like to consider myself looking to specialize in stigmatized populations; if you have struggled to find a good fit with a clinician, my goal is to focus on your needs first.

My goal in the therapeutic space is to create an unjudgmental, safe space where you can be yourself, where anything and everything can be discussed (respecting life that is).
