I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my goal as your therapist is to assist you on your therapeutic journey as you work toward alleviating various unhealthy symptoms and other emotional disturbances that create challenges in your life. I utilize a positive psychological approach and various evidence-based therapeutic models to ensure you receive the necessary support and validation.
My therapeutic style is unique in that it helps clients find their voice early in therapy, establishing trust and enhancing the therapeutic process. As a client, you will feel safe, heard, and understood. There will be no judgment, only encouragement and thoughtful engagements to ensure you receive quality support.
