In my work with clients, I utilize methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment, and Solution Focused Therapy to help clients refine and develop coping skills for life stressors while also providing trauma informed care.

As a social worker, I utilize a person-centered therapy approach to empower clients to make meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives. Person-centered therapy is an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to counseling.
