I know that reaching out for help can feel intimidating and confusing. That is why I work to make people feel comfortable and accepted. I try to make the therapy process enjoyable with humor and affirmation. I am IFS informed as well as trained in AEDP and CBT among other modalities. I love working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds but have a particular focus on working with both adults and children who identify as neurodivergent including both ADHD and Level 1 autism as well as learning disabilities, sensory issues, depression, and anxiety. My hope is to create a non judgmental space to support you on your journey.
As some who has struggled with both sensory processing disorder and a learning disability himself, I am neurodivergent affirming and understand just how hard managing day to day tasks can be. I have experience working with both children and adults with ADHD and Autism and work to create a comfortable and accepting environment for all to thrive.
Just being human in this modern world can feel hard sometimes but I am here to help. I am a firm believer in every individual's capacity to grow.
