I get it, reaching out for help can feel intimidating and confusing. That is why I work to make people feel comfortable and accepted. I try to make the therapy process enjoyable with humor and affirmation. My approach is collaborative as I view therapy as a form of partnership. I have worked with both adults and children with a range of diagnoses including, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, ODD, ADHD, emotional regulation, grief, life transitions, and self esteem issues. I believe that people are more then their diagnosis and that our mistakes do not define us, but are opportunities for growth.
As some who has struggled with both sensory processing disorder and a learning disability himself I have particularly enjoyed working with individuals who may identify as neurodivergent though welcome those from all walks of life.
This may feel like a scary time, but I am here to help. I am a firm believer in every individual's capacity to grow. I accept people as they are, without judgement and look forward to helping you meet your goals. You are not alone, I would be honored to join you on your healing journey. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
