About
As a licensed professional counselor, my focus is on strengthening family relationships, as well as helping individuals and couples balance their lives. Over the past ten years my experience in outpatient therapy has given me the opportunity to help families and individuals overcome difficulties in the areas of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral issues and other family discourse.
Currently as the Clinical Director for a behavioral health facility, I use a cognitive behavioral approach to help people find answers inside themselves for difficulties they are currently facing. This approach ultimately helps individuals develop strategies to cope with future life stressors.
I look forward to helping you live a healthier and happier life.To better serve the needs of my clients, I am available both evenings and weekends.
