With acceptance, openness and authenticity, I work to create a space in which you can explore, learn, heal and grow. I work with individuals and couples who experience relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, faith issues and other life/mental health challenges. I use a holistic approach which works well to address trauma as well as other mental health challenges.
Using the powerful healing therapy "Brainspotting,” along with a somatic approach addressing the brain/body connection, I help to facilitate healing, insight and resolution of challenging mental/emotional struggles. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help individuals and couples find effective ways to connect to their partners, their selves and others.
