English
| Español Welcome! My name is Jesse, and I am a multilingual (Eng, Spa., Port.) therapist who specializes in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and families. My passion is helping individuals build resilience, self-worth, and a strong sense of empowerment as they navigate the unique challenges of life and finding their place in the world. I offer a safe, compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and together we’ll work toward the goals that matter most to you! If you feel that you could benefit from working with me, please reach out.
My therapeutic approach is centered around the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll work to explore your experiences, gain insight, and build the skills you need to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence. I utilize several evidence-based modalities to support your healing: EMDR, CBT and Person Centered.
If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing, growth, and resilience, I would love to work with you. At Bridge to Resilience Counseling (BTR), you’ll find a place where you are heard, understood, and supported as you work toward becoming your best self. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation or if you have any questions about my services.
