Whether you’re a teen trying to make sense of intense feelings, an athlete navigating identity and performance, a parent wanting to support your child, or an adult feeling stuck in familiar patterns, therapy can become a place where things finally start to make sense and change.
My approach is warm, experiential, and grounded in neuroscience and attachment. Together, we look beneath the surface of symptoms to understand the nervous system, relational experiences, and inner parts of you that are shaping your current struggles. When those patterns are understood with compassion, real and lasting change becomes possible.
