I am currently accepting new clients for virtual sessions only. I come from an understanding that life's journey is difficult, and it takes courage to address life on life’s terms. I specialize in the evidence-based approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe in a team approach that includes empathy, motivation, and laughter to build a relationship to support you in becoming your best you.

After witnessing the impact that the storms of life have, it became a focus of my life to assist individuals caught in a storm. I have a firm belief that no matter the strength of the storm or the frequency of the storm that we all have the capacity to navigate the storm and emerge on the other side stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
