I earned both my BSW and MSW from Rhode Island College and bring a blend of clinical experience and lived insight to support those navigating identity, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals, primarily supporting teens, young adults, and adults. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed approaches to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
