Hi! My name is Jesse and I am a white, queer, and non-binary LICSW and outpatient therapist. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing is an active, collaborative process—one built on creativity, evidence-based care, and authentic therapeutic connection.
I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients processing trauma, anxiety, or experiences of feeling “stuck.”
In my practice, I often draw from Narrative Therapy, an approach that helps people re-author their life stories. Together, we explore ways to externalize problems, highlight strengths, and create new, empowering meanings. I see my clients as the experts of their own lives, and my goal is to help them reconnect with their resilience, compassion, and agency.
At the heart of my work is a belief in the transformative power of intentional, supportive therapeutic relationships. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore their full selves, heal from the past, and move toward living more authentically and in alignment with their values.
