For the bulk of my career I have dealt with young teens and adults who struggle with serious identity and behavior issues. My practice is welcoming to anyone who is struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, negative self-talk and self-identification. I have also helped provide a therapeutic environment for people struggling with autism, personality disorders and other, difficult to navigate conduct disorders.
My counseling approach focuses on creating a healing environment for the client so that they can carefully analyze and process the ideas that are stealing their joy, peace and confidence. Our sessions will focus on addressing how guilt, shame and identity issues are dominating your thought life.
