I am passionate about working with children and families. My goal is for children to feel confident in who they are and what they can do. I also work to build up families to grow closer and stronger together. I have seen how counseling can be a powerful tool in creating positive change for anyone.

I would be honored to work alongside you in your own unique goals. I work from a client-centered approach where you are the expert of your own life and experiences. With children, I utilize play therapy, where they can use toys to express themselves. I am also trained in attachment-based play therapy which focuses on the child and caretaker relationship.

In the first session, we will talk together allowing you time to explain whatever is going on for you. We will then work together to create your goals for counseling. Attachment therapy focuses on the relationship between either a couple or a child and their caretaker. CBT focuses on thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to find opportunities for growth and change.
