Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with specialized training in art therapy. My ATR-P application is currently pending.
I take a person-centered approach to healing, meaning I deeply value your unique experiences, voice, and pace. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels inclusive, collaborative, and supportive, where you can feel safe to explore and be your full self. My style is both intentional and intuitive. I strive to meet each client where they are, honoring the many layers that make up who we are: our emotions, identities, lived experiences, and dreams.
Art therapy is at the heart of my work. I use a variety of creative materials and processes to support emotional expression, deepen self-awareness, and make space for insight. You don’t need any experience with art to benefit from this approach—it's not about creating something “perfect” or “pretty,” but about using the creative process to guide expression.
I believe healing is not linear, and growth can come from gently being with what’s uncomfortable, as well as reconnecting with what brings us joy, creativity, and meaning. Whether navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, identity exploration, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
