I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 16 years of experience helping couples, families, adolescence, teens and adults cope with stress, symptoms, behavioral issues, transitions, relationships, parenting, and family issues. I work to help all of my clients to improve their lives and relationships. I am an LGBTQAI gender and sex positive affirming therapist. My approach is open minded, non-judgmental and solution focused. I incorporate family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy methods as well as provide support and resources.
I have a lot of experience and I'm good at working with parents and families to reduce stress, decrease difficult behaviors, reduce conflict and improve family functioning. I work well with couples to resolve ongoing issues and improve communication skills to create lasting relationships.
