As an EMDR trained therapist, I strive to help you understand and heal from the impact of overwhelming experiences on your mind, body, and relationships with yourself and others.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are healing their trauma; navigating stress, grief and loss; seeking personal growth; and managing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. As a former international student, I understand the many challenges faced by this community, and would love to help you adjust to a different culture.
I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach while incorporating strategies from CBT, DBT, ACT, Play Therapy, among other modalities, to meet you where you are and help you progress towards your goals.
