I also provide ADHD-informed care and have extensive experience working within the LGBTQ+ community. I myself am neurodivergent (ADHD) and identify as a lesbian. My approach is relational and real—I show up as my full self so you feel safe to do the same. I’m not a blank slate therapist, and I believe healing happens in an authentic, collaborative space.
