Tired of the algorithm? I work best with people who are curious about getting unstuck and pursuing their goals. Whether it is stagnation in your career, challenges in your relationship, or anxiety about the many "what ifs" we face each day, asking questions and exploring possibilities provides a way forward. Learning more useful strategies to cope and engage with challenges will be a cornerstone of our work together. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential Therapy, Buddhist Psychology, and Feminist Multicultural Theory ground my work. Unlike the algorithm, our work together will be tailored to you, but not an echo chamber.
Anxiety, depression, life transitions, career changes, mountain trauma, and relationship concerns are my specialties. As both a queer woman and high-altitude ski mountaineer, I often work with members of these communities. I am LGBTQIA2S+, kink, and poly/CNM positive.
