People come to me because they are frustrated by how their day to day is impacted by their past experiences or traumas. They often feel successful in multiple areas of their life and don't understand why they are still struggling or can't make the changes they desire. They want to experience a sense of understanding and mastery over their own mind and emotions and feel confident to take on life's challenges. I work well with people who are willing to do hard things and be uncomfortable for the sake of growth and change.
I will help you eliminate or greatly reduce the current impact of your past traumas and experiences. I will help you understand your learned relationship style and address current habits and lifestyle factors that create or fuel your current symptoms. I also specialize in working with teenagers over the age of 15.
I strive to create the conditions that will allow for a deep and meaningful therapeutic relationship to develop and endure throughout our work together. I am transparent, compassionate and direct and will sit with you through painful experiences and maintain a sense of direction to keep you moving forward towards healing.
