I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Laramie and have been working in the helping professional field for over 20 years as a certified teacher of yoga, life-coaching, and holistic practices. My approach to counseling is to work alongside clients to address a variety of mental-emotional issues through a body-based, nervous system, and trauma-informed lens. I work with clients, forming a collaborative plan to best address their needs.
My areas of specialization and interest include evidence-based trauma treatment, EMDR, IFS, intergenerational trauma, therapeutic yoga interventions for mental-emotional health, relief from symptoms of depression and anxiety, stress reduction, emotional regulation, chronic pain, life transitions, women’s issues, and creating healthy boundaries.
