Have you ever felt like the tasks in life can be impossible one day, and easy the next? Are you at a loss when it comes to how to actually do self care? Do you feel like you struggle more than others with routines and to do lists? The challenges and stressors in life can often leave us feeling on edge and burnt out — especially when living as a neurodivergent person in a neurotypical world. I am here to help you on your journey to learning more about yourself and figuring out how to make your way in life.
I believe that the creative process is one of the best methods for many therapeutic goals. I like to use open creative opportunities to explore emotions, identify strengths, and practice mindfulness. I also work from a neurodivergent affirming perspective. All minds work differently and there is no "right or wrong" way to function.
It can be overwhelming to cope with things that life throws at you. And it can often be difficult to cope with feeling overwhelmed when you’re not sure how to cope in the first place. If you are ready to learn more about yourself and find ways to deal with feeling overwhelmed, contact me today to get started.
