I'm a board-certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor with targeted experience working with survivors of trauma and abuse, young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and U.S. military service members and veterans. I treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, panic disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, trauma, and PTSD, and I offer affirming care to clients who are exploring their sexuality and/or gender identity.
