I enjoy working with clients who seek support with self-growth, developmental and shock trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, medical concerns, relationships/attachment issues, parts work, family of origin concerns, lifestyle change, wellness, and systemic, multigenerational or cultural matters. Additionally, I work well with clients who are neurodiverse, queer and creatively oriented. I believe we are deeply impacted by the cultural, social and historical contexts to which we originate, exist, and navigate; therefore I strive to attune to and support these facets of your experience.
I am licensed to provide therapy to clients in PA and OH. My work ultimately aims to address your therapeutic concerns and goals, and to support you in experiencing yourself authentically and with greater ease. I utilize a collaborative, client centered and experiential approach to therapy that centers on each client's unique personality, goals and needs.
My primary modality is somatic experiencing, which is a therapeutic approach used to address trauma-related stress responses. I also enjoy integrating parts work, narrative therapy, imagery, empowerment and the magic of the natural world. I've been told I'm warm, open minded, curious and intuitive.
