Sometimes habitual thoughts, painful emotions, ineffective patterns of behavior, or stressors, losses and traumas that we meet without the support or stability needed to move through - such challenges can leave us depleted and distrustful of our own capacity for well-being and connection.
I have over a decade of specialized experience, generally blending warmth, behavioral (i.e. DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention), humanistic, and attachment based (EFIT) approaches in my work with individuals with mood, anxiety and trauma-related difficulties.
