Feeling constantly at odds with yourself is exhausting. I specialize in complex trauma, self-esteem, anxiety and OCD, eating disorders, Autism and ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ issues. In therapy, I help clients gain insight about themselves and patterns in their lives, process painful emotions and experiences, build self-compassion and new skills, practice boundaries and self-advocacy, and explore accommodations.
My approach is nonjudgmental and collaborative- I prioritize a compassionate understanding of challenges you face while also inviting exploration of ways to disrupt patterns that leave you feeling stuck.
