Sacred Pause Women & Gender-Minority Support Group
Pausing is a radical act of sanity in a world that never stops. Sacred Pause support circle is a gently structured, donation-based circle for women and gender-minority individuals, held by licensed therapists. This community group offers a gentle body–mind space where participants are invited to come as they are and explore nervous system regulation through grounding practices, somatic awareness, and mindful movement while engaging in meaningful peer support and shared learning.
