As a University of Utah School of Social Work student, my desire is to empower you to heal your generational trauma, understand and separate from societal expectations, identify your values and begin living within those values. When we work together, my priority is building your trust in our relationship.
This looks like me listening, providing feedback, or offering tools. This allows us to holistically work on what brought you into my office. Then, we can understand the systems that affect your personal life, which enables you to take practical action towards the changes you crave.
I work with individuals 14 and up, who desire to gain deeper insight into their patterns, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and explore what makes them unique. I have extensive experience with at-risk teens and the LGBTQ+ community, which have significantly shaped the way that I support and work with clients.

Have a 10-11 year old that needs some support with their emotional skills while also building social skills? That's what this group is for. Our 4 week 60 minute group will help your kiddo get the best of both worlds. The Group starts 10.16 and runs for 4 weeks. $30/session or $120 for all 4 weeks.
