Hi, I'm Jess! Do you feel like you're too much, too intense, or too overwhelming for yourself or others? I specialize in goal-oriented therapy for those ready to do the depth work, helping overachievers, overthinkers, and perfectionists better understand themselves in order to harness their strengths and move from a place of thinking to doing. I work with both individuals and couples, focusing on empowering you to heal from generational patterns, understand and navigate societal pressures, and align your life to your core values.

I use a trauma-informed approach to help you understand your behavior patterns, attachment styles and current coping skills. From there, I use skill-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and Emotion Focused Therapy to help you get unstuck, build new habits, and live a meaningful life.

My practice supports primarily women and queer folks in-person in Salt Lake City or across Utah virtually. I work with folks across the lifespan who desire deeper insight into their patterns, healthier coping skills, and an exploration of their unique identity.
