I work best with people who are ready to do the work—not because change is easy, but because there’s unfortunately no shortcut, life hack, or inspirational quote that can do it for you. I enjoy working with teens and adults navigating grief, unexpected transitions, and the many ways life likes to rewrite the script without asking permission. In our work together, you set the goals, and I help you move toward them.
I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role isn't to tell you who you are—it's to help you uncover what's getting in the way of living the life you want. Using a person-centered approach and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), I listen, challenge, and help identify blind spots that are often easier for others to see than they are for us.
I'm passionate about helping clients navigate life's different seasons with greater clarity, purpose, and trust. Therapy with me includes honest conversations, meaningful reflection, and the occasional laugh—because growth is hard enough without finding humor along the way. If you're looking for a therapist who will keep it real, let's connect.
