I believe in the power of collaboration to help clients achieve their goals. As a therapist at Impact Psychological Services, I guide clients toward a deeper understanding of themselves so they can truly thrive. I draw from multiple modalities to support trauma treatment, explore identity, reduce shame, build self-esteem, and strengthen communication and conflict resolution skills. I work with clients of all ages, supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ youth, adults, couples, and multi-partnered relationships navigating connection and relationship

I also work with caregivers wanting guidance and support regarding how to support their LGBTQIA+ child. Additionally, I welcome clients who are practicing or interested in practicing consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, kink, BDSM, and/or sex work, are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or hate crimes, and survivors of religious trauma.

As a Queer person who’s sought therapy, I know how hard it can be to find an affirming therapist. I honor individuality and personal experience in all its forms. Even if your identity isn’t central to your goals, every part of you will be welcomed. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement.
