I offer heart-centered, somatic–spiritual sessions that honor the body as an intelligent guide and the heart as an organ of perception. My work blends somatic psychotherapy with gentle energetic support, creating a spacious, unhurried container for embodied listening. Heart Doula Sessions are 90-minute experiences devoted to listening to your lived experience through somatic inquiry and integrative energy work. As the body is listened to, clarity emerges, regulation deepens, and inner sovereignty is restored. Time is part of the medicine. Sessions are offered in person and virtually.

I help you slow down and listen to your body’s wisdom, where the heart becomes your guide. Whether you’re moving through stress, trauma, or life transitions, our work together creates space for release, healing, and renewal — supporting you in returning to wholeness and living with greater clarity and ease.
