If you've been through a traumatic event, you may find it difficult to go about your usual, everyday life. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, or all of the above. These things are hard to talk about, so it is my ultimate goal to create a welcoming, comfortable space for you to process these experiences.
I am experienced in providing therapy to individuals with diverse trauma histories and anxiety. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a cognitive-behavioral framework and tailored to each client's needs. I am passionate about helping adolescents and women navigate life's challenges, and I believe client goals are best met when we work as a team in session.
