I use a combination of therapeutic interventions to best address the needs of each specific client. My approach with clients is trauma-informed and client-centered with an emphasis on developing strengths and improving adaptive responses. I specialize in working with clients with complex trauma, attachment difficulties, family conflict, life transitions and other behavioral and mental health challenges. I also provide EMDR focused trauma treatment.
